<br />For valuable Consideration, First State Bank as Beneficiary under the Deed of Trust executed by James A.
<br />Schultz and D.onna J. Schultz-O-Husband and wife, Trustor to First State Bank as Trustee for the benefit of the
<br />Beneficiary, dated February 4, 2006, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, as Inst. 200605913 on July 3, 2006, has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be
<br />executed and delivered. In accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the Trustee reconveys without
<br />warranty to the person or persons entitled thereto all right, title, and interest and claim acquired by the Trustee
<br />pursuant to the Deed of Trust in the following:

<br />11 West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska and more particularly described as follows:

<br />Northwest %, a distance of 1142.15 feet; thence SOO~OO'OO" E a distance of 143.04 feet; thence
<br />S22~4'48" E a distance of 267.00 feet; thence N90"OO'00" W a distance of 1245.31 feet to a
<br />point on the west line of said Northwest %; thence NOO"18'19"E along said west line a distance
<br />of 390.17 feet to the point of beginning.
