Andersen and Bonita E. Andersen, <br />husband and wife, herein called the grantor whether one or more, in consideration of One Dollar and other valuable <br />consideration received from grantees, do hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto Justin R. Dubbs and Jodi <br />J.
