The second paragraph of Section 6 of the Note is replaced with the following two paragraphs. I may make a full prepayment, or partial prepayments. If I make a partial prepayment, there will be no changes in the due date or in the amount of my monthly payment unless the Note Holder agrees in writing to those changes. If I make a full prepayment, the Note Holder may charge me for the privilege of prepayment if I prepay the loan in the first 24 months after the date of the loan. The prepayment penalty shall be an amount equal to six months advance interest on the amount ofthe prepayment that, when added to all other partial prepayments during the twelve-month period Immediately preceding the date of the full prepayment, exceeds 20% of the original principal amount of this Note.
