<br />The undersigned, as Trustee under that certain Deed of Trust executed by Gene R.
<br />Hoffman, a single person for the benefit of WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION,
<br />Successor to Wells Fargo Financial Bank, as a result of an acquisition and name change dated
<br />as of June 1S\ 2001 and recorded on June 2nd, 2004 as Instrument Number 200405472, in the
<br />Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, does hereby quitclaim and reconvey
<br />unto the person or persons legally entitled thereto, without any warranty, all of the right, title and
<br />interest now held by said Trustee in and to the real property described in said Deed of Trust. This
<br />Reconveyance is executed at the request of the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust.

<br />Property: A tract of land comprising a part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter
<br />(NE1/4SE1/4) of Section Five (5), Township Nine (9) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M.,

<br />corner of said Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (NE1/4SE1/4); thence running
<br />southerly along the east line of said Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (NE1/4SE1/4),
<br />on an Assumed Bearing of SOOoOO'08'W, a distance of Thirty (30.00) feet, to the ACTUAL point
<br />of beginning; thence running N89024'32'W, a distance of Three Hundred Forty (340.00) feet;
<br />thence running SOooOO'08"W, a distance of Three Hundred (300.00) feet; thence running
<br />S89"24'32"E, a distance of Three Hundred Forty (340.00) feet, to a point on the east line of said
<br />Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (NE1/4SE1/4); thence running NOO"00'08"E, along
<br />the east line of said Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (NE1/4SE1/4), a distance of
<br />Three Hundred (300.00) feet, to the ACTUAL point of beginning and containing 2.342 acres more
