<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE

<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />THAT, WHEREAS all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust, hereinafter
<br />called the "Trust Deed," executed by Diane M Bykerk and Paul T Bykerk Jr, Husband
<br />and Wife, as Trustors, to Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company, as Trustee, for the
<br />benefit of Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company, the Beneficiary named therein,
<br />dated the 3rd day of August 2005, and recorded on the 10th day of August 2005, in the
<br />office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as instrument no. 0200507742,
<br />has been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested that this Deed of Reconveyance be
<br />executed and delivered.

<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the
<br />request of the Beneficiary named in the Trust Deed, the undersigned, as Trustee, does
<br />by these presents grant, remise, release, and reconvey to the person or persons entitled
<br />thereto, all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through the Trust Deed,
<br />in and to the following-described real property (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. Section 76-
<br />1001 ):
