Wiese, an unmarried woman, Trustor under a Deed of Trust <br />recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on January 9, 2004 as Instrument <br />No. 0200400275, which Deed of Trust conveyed the following described real estate, to-wit: <br /> <br />LOT THREE (3), FONNER VIEW SECOND SUBDIVISION, IN THE CITY OF GRAND <br />ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, <br /> <br />has breached an obligation for which said trust property was conveyed as security and is in default under the <br />tenns of said Deed of Trust.
