Caraway, Deceased, <br />GRANTOR, conveys and releases to Jimmy Kenneth Caraway, Jena Carol Caraway and Jerry Keith <br />Caraway, GRANTEES, the following described real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev. State. S76-201): <br /> <br />Lot Twelve (12) in Bartelts Subdivision, a part of Lots 7. 15, 16, 17 and 18 of County <br />Subdivision of part of the South 1/2 Section Five (5), Township Nine (9), Range Nine (9). <br />in the Village of Doniphan. Hall County, Nebraska, <br /> <br />subject to easements and restrictions of record, and the life use of Elaine A. Caraway, as set forth in Article <br />V of the Last Will and Testament of Marion K. Caraway. <br />Elaine A. Caraway shall have the benefit and use of the above~described real estate and the rents, <br />issues and profits thereof, for and during her natural life as set forth in Article V of the decedent's Will. <br />Elaine A. Caraway, during said life use, shall pay all real estate taxes and assessments levied on said real <br />estate and shall not commit waste upon the premises. <br />GRANTOR has determined that the GRANTEE is the person or persons entitled to distribution of <br />tht' real estate from said estate, subject to the life use as herein set forth.
