The claiming successors, namely the affiants herein, are entitled to the real property by reason ofthe homestead allowance, exempt property allowance, family allowance and the laws of intestate succession. 11. The affiants which are the claiming successors as defined by law have made an investigation and have not been able to determine any subsequent Will. 12. That there is no other person who has a right to the interest of the Decedent in the described property except the affiants. 13. The affiants as surviving spouse and children of the Decedent are entitled to the property being passed and conveyed to them. 14. That more than ten (10) years have passed since the date of death ofthe Decedent, JACQUELINE G. BOMST AD, and there is no liens for inheritance tax that would be due and owing and that the property can pass to the affiants as successor and interest to JACQUELINE G. BOMST AD free and clear of any inheritance tax liens. 15. That since the date of death ofthe Decedent, ALLEN L. BOMSTAD, has been in possession of the above-referenced real estate and remains in possession as of this date. 16. That it is the intent of the affiants as successor in interest to the interest of the Decedent, JACQUELINE GAY BOMSTAD, in and to the referenced real estate that the property be conveyed by Quitclaim Deed from all the affiants to ALLEN L. BOMST AD. 17. That JACQUELINE G. BOMST AD and JACQUELINE GAY BOMST AD were one in the same person notwithstanding the discrepancy in the use of the middle name and middle initial. 18. That the undersigned affiants who claim as successors under this Affidavit swear and affirm that all statements in this Affidavit are true and material and further acknowledge that any false statement may subject the person or persons to penalties relating to Perjury under Section 28-915, R.~S..
