<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under the 5 ~

<br />Trust Deed dated May 12, 2003 and executed by Patricia M. Hooker, not personally but as Trustee and
<br />her Successors in Trust on behalf of Patricia M. Hooker Revocable Trust, as Trustor, in which Five
<br />Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which
<br />was recorded as Instrument #0200306308 in the Records of Hall County, Nebraska on the 20th day of
<br />May, 2003,
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Beneficiary, a
<br />written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above mentioned as follows:

<br />The East Half of the North Half of the West Half ofthe Northeast Quarter (EY2NY2WY2NE~) of
<br />Section Ten (10), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M. in Hall
<br />County, Nebraska
<br />
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust,
<br />the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally
<br />entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska this 17111 day of August, 2006.
