SWEDLUND, DECEASED pursuant to the <br />authority of 30~2476 (23) of the Nebraska Probate Code, in <br />consideration of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) and other valuable consideration <br />received from Grantee, does grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm <br />unto NICK ALEXANDER, TRUSTEE OF ALEXANDER FAMILY TRUST, GRANTEE, the <br />following described real property: <br /> <br />The South Half of the Northwest Quarter (S1/2NW1/4) and the North Half <br />of the Southwest Quarter (N1/2SW1/4) of Section Thirty Two (32), <br />Township Nine (9) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6~ P.M., Hall <br />County, Nebraska, excepting a tract of land more particularly described <br />in Return of Appraisers recorded in Book 17, Page 439 and excepting a <br />tract of land more particularly described in Warranty Deed recorded as <br />Document No. 82-003579 and excepting a tract of land more particularly <br />described in Railroad Right-of-Way recorded in Book H, Page 123. <br /> <br />Subject to easements and restrictions of record, together with all the <br />estate, right, title, interest, claim or demand whatsoever of said <br />Deceased of, in and to the same, or any part thereof. <br /> <br />To have and to hold the above-described real property and all tenements, <br />hereditaments, and appurtenances thereto belonging unto the Grantee and <br />Grantee's heirs and assigns forever, and the Grantor hereby covenants <br />that the real property herein described is free and clear of any lien or <br />encumbrance caused by any claim for taxes levied against the Estate of <br />Milferd R.
