<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE

<br />KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENT:

<br />WHEREAS, Kip A. Reeves and Kathleen Reeves, JTWROS as Husband and Wife, executed said
<br />Deed of Trust to First National Bank, Trustee, for the benefit of First National Bank, the
<br />Beneficiary named therein, which the Deed of Trust was dated the 6th Day of April, 2006, and
<br />recorded the 6th Day of April, 2006, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, as Instrument #2006-03010 at the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />thereof, and wherein said Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be
<br />executed and delivered.

<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the note paid in full and in accordance with the request
<br />of the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents grant,
<br />remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate
<br />derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in the following described premises, but
<br />only as to such premises:
