<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE

<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by
<br />Ronnie N. Schmit and Patricia A. Schmit, Husband and Wife, Trustor, to
<br />The State Bank of Hildreth, Hildreth, NEt Trustee, for the benefit of The
<br />State Bank of Hildreth, Hildreth, NE Beneficiary, dated August 3, 2005
<br />and recorded on August 4, 2005 and recorded in Instrument No. 0200507596
<br />of the record of Hall County, Nebraska, has been paid, and said
<br />Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be
<br />executed and delivered;
<br />
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance
<br />with the request of the Beneficiary, the undersigned, as Trustee, does
<br />by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey without warranty
<br />to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate of
<br />said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in the following described
<br />real estate (as defined in Nebraska Revised Statutes, Section 76-201):

<br />A tract of land comprising a part of the Southwest Quarter of the
<br />Southwest Quarter (SW1/4 SW 1/4) of Section Fourteen (14), Township (11)
<br />North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M. in Hall County, Nebraska, more
<br />particularly described as follows: beginning at a point on the West line
<br />of said Section Fourteen (14), said point being Two Hundred Thirty Four
<br />and Four Tenths (234.4) feet North of the Southwest corner of said
<br />Section Fourteen (14); thence Northerly along the West line of said
<br />Section Fourteen (14), a distance of One Hundred Seventy (170.0) feet;
<br />thence Easterly parallel to the South line of said Section Fourteen (14),
<br />a distance of Two Hundred Sixty (260.0) feet; thence Southerly parallel
<br />to the West line of said Section Fourteen (14), a distance of One Hundred
<br />Seventy (170.0) feet; thence Westerly parallel to the South line of said
<br />Section Fourteen (14), a distance of Two Hundred Sixty (260.0) feet to
<br />the place of beginning.
