That the undersigned affiant prepared the Corrective Deed of Trust recorded in <br />the office of the Hall County Register of Deeds on November 23,2005, as Instrument <br />Number 0200511614 indexed against the following described property: <br /> <br />The Westerly 52' of Lot Seven (7), Block Ninety-Eight (98) of the Railroad <br />Addition of the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br /> <br />2. That the acknowledgement in said Corrective Deed of Trust recorded as <br />Instrument Number 0200511614 contained a scrivener's error referring to Floriberto <br />Sanchez Benitez as a Single Person. <br /> <br />3. The undersigned affiant knows of his own personal knowledge that at the time <br />of the execution of the Corrective Deed of Trust, Floriberto Sanchez Benitez was a <br />Married Person whose spouse was living in Mexico and that the reference in the <br />acknowledgement in said Corrective Deed of Trust referring to the Trustor as a Single <br />Person was in error. <br /> <br />4.
