<br />consideration of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) and other valuable consideration
<br />received from Grantee, does grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm
<br />un to STEVEN P. SCHAFER AND RAMONA R. SCHAFER, HUSBAND AND WIFE, AS
<br />JOINT TENANTS WITH RIGHT OF SURVIVORSHIP AND NOT AS TENANTS IN COMMON,
<br />AN UNDIVIDED ONE HALF INTEREST AND JAMES P. SCHAFER, AN UNDIVIDED ONE
<br />HALF INTEREST, GRANTEES, the following described real property:

<br />The East Half of the Northeast Quarter (E1/2NE1/4) of Section Eight (8),
<br />in Township Nine (9) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6~ P.M., Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, excepting a tract more particularly described in Deed
<br />recorded in Book 77, Page 355, and excepting Lots One (1) and Two (2),
<br />Schafer Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />
<br />Subject to easements and restrictions of record, together with all the
<br />estate, right, title, interest, claim or demand whatsoever of said
<br />Deceased of, in and to the same, or any part thereof.

<br />To have and to hold the above-described real property and all tenements,
<br />hereditaments, and appurtenances thereto belonging unto the Grantee and
<br />Grantee's heirs and assigns forever, and the Grantor hereby covenants
<br />that the real property herein described is free and clear of any lien or
