That the Petitioner shall have the permanent custody and <br /> <br /> <br />care of the parties' minor children, Jeani M. Barker, born March <br /> <br /> <br />11, 1980 and William D. Barker, born January 26, 1985, subject to <br /> <br /> <br />the right of reasonable visitation by the Respondent. <br /> <br /> <br />Each parent shall continue to have full and equal access <br /> <br /> <br />to the education and medical records of his or her child unless the <br /> <br /> <br />Court orders to the contrary. <br /> <br /> <br />Either parent may make emergency decisions affecting the <br /> <br />health or safety of his or her child while the child is in the <br /> <br /> <br />physical custody of such parent. <br /> <br />That since the Respondent makes less than the basic <br /> <br /> <br />subsistence limitation per month, the Court finds that there should <br /> <br /> <br />be a deviation from the child support guidelines and therefore, <br /> <br />-----I{e-s-ponderifsnalT-pay--ho thTra supp6rEto t-he -Pet1t:-nSIier.----- <br /> <br /> <br />REAL ESTATE <br /> <br />3.
