<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />THAT, WHEREAS all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust, hereinafter called the
<br />Trust Deed, executed by Kelly J. Noakes and Karin L. Noakes, husband and wife, as Trustor,
<br />to Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company, as Trustee, for the benefit of Platte Valley
<br />State Bank & Trust Company, the Beneficiary named therein, dated the 21st day of July, 2006
<br />and recorded on thc31st day of July, 2006, at the Register of Deeds Office, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />as Instrument #0200606751, has been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary named in the Trust Deed, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents grant,
<br />remise, release, and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and estate
<br />derived to said Trustee by or through the Trust Deed, in and to the following-described real
<br />property (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. Section 76-1001):

<br />Lot Twenty-Seven (27), Jeffrey Oaks Subdivision to the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska.
