<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed Growth
<br />Management Corporation~Nebraska, A Nebraska Corporation, for the benefit of City Bank and
<br />Trust Co., the Beneficiary named therein, dated June 7, 2000 and Recorded June 20, 2000 in the
<br />Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Instr. #2000~05034 of the Real Estate records of
<br />said County has been paid and said Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below:

<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the
<br />request of the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by there presents,
<br />grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and
