" :r... r~J <br />S ~I~' rT'1 }\' :n r. ;0 <br /> r""1 ::3 <br />OJ l;? ~ r:t>- :;:1 <br /> U'J lfl <br /> ~ ~ c..- ::>" <br /> >- <br /> -r: --- <br /> m ~ cof <br /> cg <br />--- EXTENSION AGREEMENT <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />This EXTENSION AGREEMENT made and executed thisdt'ay of July, 2006, by and <br />between HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, <br />hereinafter referred to as "Lender", and <br /> <br />..- <br />S (). 5" <br /> <br />Procon Development Company, LLC <br /> <br />hereinafter referred to as "Borrower". <br /> <br />WITNESSETH: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, borrower has previously executed and delivered unto Lender a certain Note <br />secured by a Deed of Trust/Mortgage upon that real estate described as: <br /> <br />SEE ATTACHED EXHIBIT "A" <br /> <br />which Deed of Trust/Mortgage was dated May 6, 2004, and filed for record on Mav 10, 2004, in the <br />office ofthe Hall County Register of Deeds of Hall County Nebraska as Instrument No. 0200404605; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, such Deed of Trust/Mortgage had a stated maturity date of Mav 6, 2006. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Lender and Borrower have mutually agreed to renew and extend the <br />indebtedness secured by such Deed of Trust/Mortgage, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such renewal and extension, the parties hereto give <br />notice in accord with NEB. REV. STAT. SS 76-239 of the continued effectiveness of the Deed of <br />Trust/Mortgage above described in the following respects: <br /> <br />1. MA TURITY DATE. The stated maturity of the above-described Deed of Trust/Mortgage <br />is hereby extended to May 6, 2010. <br /> <br />2. CONTINUED EFFECTIVENESS. Except as specifically modified by this Extension <br />Agreement, all other terms, covenants and conditions contained in the above-described <br />Deed of Trust/Mortgage shall remain in full force and effect as security for the remaining <br />indebtedness concurrently herewith extended. <br /> <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned have executed this Extension Agreement on the <br />date first noted above. <br /> <br />HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN <br />ASSOCIATION OF G N I AND <br /> <br />
