<br /> records of Hall County, Nebraska, Harry R. English and Kate English, husband and wife, ~
<br /> did hereby grant to Nebraska Natural Gas Company, Inc., its successors and assigns,
<br /> the right-of-way to lay, maintain, alter, repair, operate, remove and relay underground c:..-
<br /> pipe lines for the transportation of oil or gas, on, over and through certain lands situated
<br /> in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska, to it:

<br />Section 25: North Half of the Northeast Quarter (N/2NE/4)
<br />Section 24: That part of the Southeast Quarter (Pt. SE/4),
<br />Lying South of the Union Pacific Railroad.

<br />and by instrument dated February 4, 1931 and recorded in Book Q, Page 414 of the
<br />records of Hall County, Nebraska, Harry S. Eaton and J. Burgei Eaton, his wife and
<br />Arvis S. Tomilson Palmer and E. H. Palmer, wife and husband, did hereby grant to
<br />Nebraska Natural Gas Company, Inc., its successors and assigns, the right-of-way to
<br />lay, maintain, alter, repair, operate, remove and relay underground pipe lines for the
<br />transportation of oil or gas, on, over and through certain lands situated in the County of
<br />Hall and State of Nebraska, to it:

<br />Section 25: North Half of the Northwest Quarter (N/2NW/4)
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, it has been requested that a portion of said right-of-way and easement be
<br />released and quitclaimed.

<br />NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of One Dollar and other valuable
<br />consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, Kinder Morgan, Inc., successor
<br />in interest to Nebraska Natural Gas Company, does hereby release and quitclaim unto
<br />the grantors herein, their heirs and assigns, all of its right, title and interest acquired
<br />under the aforesaid right-of-way grant as it pertains to the following-described land:

<br />A tract of land located in the Southeast Quarter (SE/4) of Section 24, and the North Half
<br />(N ~) of Section 25, Township 10 North, Range 12 West, Hall County, Nebraska, more
<br />particularly described as follows:
