<br />Residential Funding Corporation hereby accepts said appointment as Trustee under the above Deed of Trust, and as
<br />Successor Trustee, and as part of a negotiated release of lien and pursuant to the request of said Owner and Holder
<br />and in accordance with the provisions of said Deed of Trust, does hereby Reconvey without Warranty, to the person
<br />or persons legally entitled thereto, all the estates now held by it under said Deed of Trust; provided, however, that
<br />this instrument in no way releases the borrowers from repayment and all other obligations under the Note which is
<br />secured by the Deed of Trust being reconveyed in this instrument. Borrowers have executed a Loan Reaffirmation
