<br />1. Substitution of Trustee. Equitable Bank, formerly known as, Equitable
<br />Federal Savings Bank of Grand Island, of P.O. Box 160, Grand Island, NE 68802, is
<br />hereby appointed Successor Trustee under the Deed of Trust executed by DAVID J
<br />WETHERlLT. AN UNMARRIED PERSON, as Trustor, in which EQUITABLE BANK, formerly
<br />known as EQUITABLE FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK OF GRAND ISLAND, formerly known
<br />as THE EQUITABLE BUILDING AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, is named
<br />as the Beneficiary and Earl D. Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, dated OCTOBER 22.
<br />2003, and recorded OCTOBER 29. 2003. in the Office of the Register of Deeds of HALL
<br />County, Nebraska as Instrument No. 200314345 regarding the real estate described in
<br />paragraph 3 below.

<br />2. Deed of Partial Reconvevance. Whereas, a portion of the indebtedness secured
<br />by the trust deed, dated OCTOBER 22.2003, executed by DAVID J WETHERlLT, AN
<br />UNMARRIED PERSON, as trustor, to Earl D. Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, and
<br />recorded on OCTOBER 22.2003 , in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />State of Nebraska, as Document No. 200314345, has been paid on AUGUST 1, 2006
<br />
<br />In consideration of the above, and pursuant to written request made by
<br />Equitable Bank, formerly known as Equitable Federal Savings Bank, formally known
<br />as The Equitable Building and Loan Association of Grand Island, Nebraska., A Federal Savings Bank,
<br />Successor to The Equitable Building and Loan Association of Grand Island, Nebraska, as beneficiary
<br />named in such trust deed, the undersigned hereby grants and reconveys to the parties
<br />entitled thereto, without warranty, all the estate and interest derived to the
<br />undersigned under such trust deed in that portion of the property described therein,
<br />located in HALL County, State of Nebraska, described as follows:

<br />LOT FIVE (5), BLOCK NINETEEN (19), BAKER'S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND
<br />ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.

<br />The trust deed remains in full force and effect as to all other property described
<br />in the trust deed.

<br />In witness thereof, the undersigned has executed this deed of partial
<br />reconveyance to Grand Island, Nebraska on AUGUST 1 ,200&.
