<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />Paul J. LaPuzza, Successor Trustee, hereinafter referred to as Grantor, as
<br />Trustee under the Trust Deed hereinafter described, hereby grants and conveys
<br />to Wells Fargo Bank Minnesota, as Trustee herein referred to as Grantee,
<br />without any covenants or warranty expressed or implied, all of the following
<br />described real estate, to-wit:

<br />Lot four (4), in Block Eleven (11), in H.G. Clark's Addition to the City of
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.

<br />This conveyance is made pursuant to the powers conferred on Grantor by that
<br />Trust Deed dated August 26, 2004, and recorded in the office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on August 27, 2004, at Document No.
<br />200408508, the Beneficiary of which Trust Deed was Argent Mortgage Company,
<br />LLC, between Angel D Hill, as Trustors, Ticor Title Insurance Company as
<br />Trustee; subsequently by reason of an assignment said Trust Deed was
<br />assigned to Argent Mortgage Company, LLC, recorded in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on May 31,2005, at Document No.
<br />200504839; subsequently by reason of an assignment said Trust Deed was
<br />assigned to Wells Fargo Bank Minnesota, as Trustee, recorded in the office of
<br />the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, filed May 2, 2006, Instrument
<br />No. 0200603876; and wherein the Trustors granted and conveyed to such
<br />Trustee, on the Trusts therein expressed, the property hereinabove described to
<br />secure, among other obligations, the payment of a certain note and interest
<br />described in said Trust Deed according to the terms thereof and after the
<br />fulfillment of the conditions specified in the Trust Deed authorizing this
<br />conveyance by reason of a breach and default by the Trustors made under the
<br />terms of said Trust Deed in the particulars set forth in the Notice of Default filed
<br />by the Trustee, which default continued until the time of sale at which sale the
<br />property was sold to the highest bidder, the Grantee herein, following notice of
<br />sale as required by law.
