The Subdivider waives the right to object to the creation of any paving district for the paving ofthe above-mentioned streets where they abut the subdivision if the Subdivider fails to pave the streets as required herein. Sidewalks must be installed on the outlots prior to the City accepting the streets into the City system" 2. Driveway Access. No driveway access shall be permitted onto Old Potash Highway from Lots Twenty Three (23), Twenty Four (24), Sixty Two (62, Sixty Three (63, Sixty Four (64), Sixty Five (65), Sixty Six (66), Sixty Seven (67), Sixty Eight (68), and Sixty Nine (69). 3. Water. Public water is available to the subdivision and the Subdivider agrees to extend, connect and provide water service to all lots, including outlots, in the subdivision in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the Director of Public Works, and subject to the City's inspection. 4. Sanitary Sewer. Public sanitary sewer is available to the subdivision and the S ubdi vider agrees to extend, connect and provide sanitary sewer service to all lots, excluding outlots, in the subdivision in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the Director of Public Works, and subject to the City's inspection. 5. Outlots. Construction of public improvements (picnic shelter, gazebo, playground equipment, and/or park benches) on the outlots shall be permitted.
