Baack, Attorney at Law, Successor Trustee under certain <br />Deeds of Trust dated April 7, 2000; March 6, 2002; and August 4,2003, wherein Troy L. Lyon, <br />II, alk/a Troy Leon Lyon II and Sandra K.
