<br />The undersigned, Arend R. Baack, Attorney at Law, Successor Trustee under certain
<br />Deeds of Trust dated April 7, 2000; March 6, 2002; and August 4,2003, wherein Troy L. Lyon,
<br />II, alk/a Troy Leon Lyon II and Sandra K. Lyon, a1k/a Sandra Kay Lyon, Husband and Wife, are
<br />the Trustors, which were filed for record in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, on April 10, 2000, as Instrument No. 200002827; on March 14,2002, as Instrument
<br />No. 200202804; and on August 8, 2003, as Instrument No. 200310365, and which contain as
<br />trust property, all or some portion of the following-described real estate as referenced in each
<br />such separate Deed of Trust:

<br />together with all improvements now or hereafter erected on the property, and all easements,
<br />appurtenances, fixtures now or hereafter a part of the property, including all replacements and
<br />additions thereto, which were referred to in such Deeds of Trust as the "Property", hereby gives
<br />notice of default of said Trustors for the reason that the said Trustors have failed to make the
<br />payments of principal and interest due in respect to the Notes secured by those Deeds of Trust.

<br />By reason of such default, the undersigned Successor Trustee hereby elects to sell or
<br />cause to be sold the above Property to satisfy the obligations ofthose certain Notes dated April 7,
<br />2000; March 6, 2002; and August 4, 2003 owing from Trustors to the Beneficiary, EQUITABLE
<br />BUILDING AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, a federal savings bank, now
<br />known as EQUITABLE BANK, pursuant to the terms of the Deeds of Trust referred to above
