200606774 To secure Note in the Sum of$IS,S59,45 dated OS/27/04, in favor ofCITIFINANCIAL, INC., which Deed of Trust was recorded OS/28/04 in Docket/Book N/A, Page N/A, or Instrument No. 200405363, of said County; and WHEREAS, Owner has executed, or is about to execute, a Deed of Trust and Note in the sum of $110,142.00 (NOT TO EXCEED THIS AMOUNT), dated m(41 I. UJ()~ in favor of WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK, F .A., hereinafter referred to as "Lender", payable with interest and upon the terms and conditions described therein. which Deed of Trust is to be recorded concurrently herewith; and WHEREAS, it is a condition precedent to obtaining said loan that said Deed of Trust last above mentioned shall unconditionally be and remain at all times a lien or charge upon the lane hereinbefore described, prior and superior to the lien or charge ofthe Deed of Trust fi:st above mentioned; and WHEREAS.
