In addition. Trustor grants to Lender a Uniform Commercial <br />Code security interest in the Personal Property and Rents. <br /> <br />THIS DEED OF TRUST. INCLUDING THE ASSIGNMENT OF RENTS AND THE SECURITY INTEREST IN THE RENTS AND PERSONAL <br />PROPERTY.
