<br />PARTIAL DEED OF RECONVEYANCE

<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />THA T, WHEREAS all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust, hereinafter called the
<br />Trust Deed, executed by Leighton E. Wiley, Connie J. Wiley, Husband and Wife and Patrick
<br />J. Schiley as Trustor, to Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company, as Trustee, for the benefit of
<br />Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company, the Beneficiary named therein, dated the 17th day of
<br />April 2006, and recorded on the 18th day of April 2006, at the Register of Deeds office, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, as Instrument No.0200603442, has been paid, and said Beneficiary has
<br />requested that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
