<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE

<br />The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Matthew Roy and Mary
<br />Roy, husband and wife, as Trustor, to Gary D. Byrne, a member ofthe Nebraska State Bar
<br />Association,Trustee, for the benefit of Manuel N. Rivera and Christy Rivera, husband and wife, as
<br />Beneficiary, dated August 13, 2003, and recorded August 14, 2003, in the office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 200310659 has been paid, and the Beneficiary has
<br />requested in writing that this Trustee's Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by
<br />its endorsement below.

<br />In consideration of such payment, and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary,
