An Ordinance of the Village of Cairo, Hall County, Nebraska, pertaining to annexation; to extend the boundaries and include within the corporate limits of, and to annex to the Village of Cairo, Nebraska, a tract of land located in the East Half (E1/2) of Section Eighteen (18), Township Twelve (12) North, Range Eleven (11), West of the 6th ....,,'- P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described herein; to provide service' benefits thereto; to confirm zoning classifications; to repeal any ordinance or resolution or parts of such in conflict herewith; to provide for publication in pamphlet form and to provide the effect date hereof. WHEREAS, after public hearing on February 10, 2005, the Board of Trustees found and determined that such annexation should be approved; and WHEREAS, such Ordinance was approved on first reading on February 10, 2005; and WHEREAS, such Ordinance was approved on second reading on February 11, 2005. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CHAIRPERSON AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF CAIRO, NEBRASKA: SECTION 1. It is hereby found and determined that: (A) The Regional Planning Commission of Hall County, Nebraska, after public notice and hearing on February 2, 2005, recommended approval of the annexation; (B) That the tract of land located in the East Half (E1/2) of Section Eighteen (18), Township Twelve (12) North, Range Eleven (11), West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, hereinafter more particularly described, is urban and suburban in character and not agricultural and rural in character, and that the subject property is . contiguous and adjacent to the corporate limits of said Village.
