<br />Know All Men by These Presents

<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Christopher J
<br />Busskoh1 and Jennifer L Busskoh1 as original Trustors to Principal Bank, as Trustee for the benefit
<br />of Principal Bank, the Beneficiary named therein, recorded December 13, 2002 in the mortgage
<br />records in the office of the Register of Deeds Hall County, Nebraska, in Book --- Page
<br />Instrument 0200213890. The Mortgage having been complied with and paid in full, the undersigned
<br />releases the Mortgage and all of its right, title and interest in the Property located at 4139
<br />Hartford Street, Grand Island, Nebraska 68803.

<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary thereunder, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release
<br />and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said
<br />Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in the following described premises:

<br />Trust was recorded in Book --- Page --- Instrument 0200213890 Office of the Register of
<br />Deeds Hall County, hereby appoints and substitutes Barbara C. Mueller as Trustee
<br />in lieu of the Trustee therein.

<br />As such duly appointed and substituted Trustee, Barbara C. Mueller
<br />accepts said appointment as Trustee under the above Deed of Trust, and
<br />Trustee.
