NOTICE OF LIEN FOR WATER AND SEWER SERVICE COMES NOW the Village of AIda, Nebraska, and hereby gives notice of its lien in respect to unpaid charges for water and sewer services in the amount of One Hundred Sixty- Three and 25/100 Dollars ($163.25) to the date of this notice. Such lien is for water and sewer service supplied to John & Donna Henrichs in respect to that real estate commonly referred to as 16 Venus, Aida, Nebraska, and legally described as: Lot Sixteen (16), Argo Fourth Subdivision to the Village of Aida, Hall County, Nebraska, and notice hereof is given under the authority vested in the Village of Aida to enforce such liens in accordance with the provisions of Nebraska Revised Statutes ~~ ] 7-538 and 18-509 as revised. !?-5o Dated this 19th day of July, 2006.
