<br />Donald L. Robertson, a/k/a D. L. Robertson, a/k/a Donald Robertson,
<br />and Connie L. Robertson, a/k/a Connie Robertson, husband and wife,
<br />herein called the GRANTOR, whether one or more, in consideration of
<br />transfer to assets to Grantor's trust, does quitclaim, grant,
<br />bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto Donald L. Robertson and
<br />Connie L. Robertson, Co-Trustees of the Robertson Family Trust
<br />dated July 19 , 2006, herein called the GRANTEE, whether

<br />West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly
<br />described as follows: Beginning at the Northwest corner of
<br />said SW1/4 NE1/4, also being the Southwest corner of Lake
<br />Davis Acres subdivision; thence Easterly along the North line
<br />of said SW1/4 NE1/4, and along the South line of said Lake
<br />Davis Acres subdivision, a distance of One Thousand Three
<br />Hundred Thirty-five and Eighty-one Hundredths (1,335.81) Feet

<br />Chicago, Burlington & Quincy Railroad Company and on the
<br />Westerly side of a line drawn seventeen (17) feet distant
<br />parallel with and easterly from the center line of the trail
<br />sand pit spur track as the same is located and staked over and
<br />across said land, heretofore conveyed by Warranty Deed
<br />recorded in Book 57 of Deeds at Page 75), all in Hall County,
