<br />Know All Men by These Presents

<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by James E Kolar and
<br />carrie L Kolar as original Trustors to Principal Bank, as Trustee for the benefit of Principal
<br />Bank, the Beneficiary named therein, recorded March 16, 2004 in the mortgage records in the office
<br />of the Register of Deeds Hall County, Nebraska, in Book --- Page --- Instrument 0200403271. The
<br />Mortgage having been complied with and paid in full, the undersigned releases the Mortgage and all
<br />of its right, title and interest in the Property located at 2314 Stardust Lane, Grand Island,
<br />Nebraska 68803.

<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary thereunder, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release
<br />and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said
<br />Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in the following described premises:

<br />RESTRICTIONS, RESERVATIONS, EASEMENTS, COVENANTS, OIL, GAS OR MINERAL RIGHTS OF RECORD, IF ANY.

<br />recorded in Book ___ Page --- Instrument 0200403271 Office of the Register of Deeds Hall
<br />County, hereby appoints and substitutes Barbara C. Mueller as Trustee in lieu of
<br />the Trustee therein.

<br />As such duly appointed and substituted Trustee,
<br />accepts said appointment as Trustee under the
