<br />----- - -WHEREAS,- The-Bank-of-Marquette;--f/kfa-First-NationatBankot-Marquette-, Marquette,
<br />Nebraska, as Trustee under the Deed of Trust dated November 8, 2005, executed by Bruce
<br />Rodabaugh and Glenda R. Rodabaugh, Trustors, in which the First National Bank of Marquette,
<br />Marquette, Nebraska is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as trustee, and recorded on
<br />November 29,2005, in the Register of Deeds Office as Document No. 200511672 of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, has received from the Beneficiary thereunder, a written request to reconvey,
<br />reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid and that such Deed of
<br />Trust and the Note secured thereby have been surrendered to the undersigned, as Trustee for
<br />cancellation.
