<br />This conveyance is made pursuant to the powers conferred on Grantor
<br />by a Trust Deed dated July 18, 2002, and recorded on July 22, 2002,
<br />in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as
<br />Instrument No. 200207602 wherein Gayle K. Newman, not stated is
<br />named Trustor; and Beneficial Nebraska Inc. dba Beneficial Mortgage
<br />Co. is named Beneficiary; and American Pioneer Title Insurance
<br />
<br />Company is named Trustee, wherein Trustor granted and conveyed to
<br />
<br />the Trustee, on the trust therein expressed, the property above
<br />described to secure, among other obligations, payment of a
<br />promissory note of even date in the principal amount of $59,329.94
<br />and interest thereon according to the terms thereof. That by
<br />Substitution of Trustee dated April 13, 2006, made by Beneficial
<br />Nebraska Inc. dba Beneficial Mortgage Co., Grantor was substituted
<br />as Trustee in place of American Pioneer Title Insurance Company.
<br />The Substitution of Trustee was recorded on May 2, 2006, as
<br />Instrument No. 200603856 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of
