These covenants, restrictions and conditions are to run with the land and shall be binding on <br />all persons and parties claiming ownership of said lots until January 1, 2000, at which time said <br />covenants, etc. shall be automatically extended for successive periods often (10) years, unless <br />changed or modified by a vote of a majority of then owners of the lots in said subdivision. <br /> <br />In accordance with section 12 of the AGREEMENT FOR RESTRICTIVE COVENANTS, <br />RESTRICTIONS, AND CONDmONS FOR BRENTWWOOD SECOND AND THIRD <br />SUBDIVISIONS, exhibit "A" is attached, which is an affidavit of the President of Brentwood Lake, Inc., <br />indicating that a majority of the owners of Brentwood Second and Third Subdivisions voted to modify the <br />covenants, restrictions, and conditions relating to BRENTWOOD SECOND AND THIRD SUBDIVISION. <br /> <br />WHEREFORE, SECTION 15 AND 16 OF THE "AGREEMENT FOR RESTRICTIVE <br />COVENANTS, RESTRICTIONS, AND CONDITIONS FOR BRENlWOOD SECOND AND <br />mIRD SUBDIVISION ARE HEREBY REPEALED. mE REMAINING COVENANTS, <br />RESTRICTIONS, OR CONDITIONS SHALL NOT BE AFFECTED, BUT SHALL REMAIN IN <br />FULL FORCE AND EFFECT. <br /> <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF we have hereunto set our hands this JL day of q uf1t . 2006. <br /> <br />BRENTWOQ , INC. <br />o <br /> <br /> <br />ST ATE OF NEBRASKA ) <br />) ss. <br />COUNTY OF HALL ) <br /> <br />On this J1 ii/I day of C1..J<-I_ , 2006, before me, the undersigned, a Notary Public within and <br />for said county, personally came~Milner, who is known to me, and known to be to be the identical <br />person whose name is affixed to the foregoing instrument, and known to me also to be president of <br />Brentwood Lake, Inc., and he acknowledged the execution thereof to be his voluntary act and deed that of <br />said corporation. and that he is authorized in the premises. <br />_. _ I Witness my hand and notarial seal the date last above written.
