<br />The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by ANAST ACIO R. JACOBO and & . t/V
<br />SILVIA PEREZ, husband and wife, as Trustors, to DUANE A. BURNS, Attorney at Law, as Trustee, for the
<br />benefit of REX W. ROBERTS, as Beneficiary, dated May 6, 2002 and recorded in the Register of Deeds
<br />office of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 0200204939, has been paid, and the Beneficiary has
<br />requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by his
<br />endorsement below.
