<br />WHEREAS,- all of the indebtedness secured by Trust Deed executed by
<br />
<br />Pracon Development Company, L.L.C.
<br />
<br />To AREND R. BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN
<br />ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated May 6, 2004,
<br />and recorded May 10, 2004, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br />Instrument No. 0200404605, has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered:

<br />NOW, THEREfORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise, release and
<br />reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or
<br />through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such premises;

<br />Parcel 4: Lots Thirteen (13), Fourtcen (14), Fifteen (15), Sixteen (16), Seventeen (17) and
<br />Eighteen (18) in Block Two (2), Goodrich Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska and that part of vacated street as shown in Ordinance No. 4805, filcd December 18,
<br />1969 n Book 19, Page 363.
