<br />which Notice of Default refers to the trust deed executed by Michael J. Schneider and Marie B.
<br />Schneider, Husband and Wife are, as Trustors in which Home Federal Savings and Loan
<br />Association of Grand Island is named Beneficiary and Arend R. Baack, Attorney at Law as
<br />Trustee and filed for record March 31,2001 as Instrument No. 200101972, in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska upon the following described property to-wit:
