<br />FOR VALUE RECEIVED, GREYSTONE SERVICING CORPORATION, INC. ("Assignor"), a
<br />Georgia corporation, having an office at 419 Belle Air Lane, W arrenton, VA 20186 hereby assigns
<br />and transfers to HEARTLAND BANK ("Assignee"), a federal savings bank, having its address at
<br />212 South Central, St. Louis, Missouri 63105, all its right, title and interest in, to and under that
<br />certain Mortgage dated March 10,1981 and recorded March 23, 1981 in the Land records of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska Document No. 81-001393 by and between HOLIDAY GARDEN
<br />TOWNHOUSES II, a Nebraska general partnership and DON J. MCMURRAY CO., a Nebraska
<br />corporation, as assigned to ROTHSCHILD FINANCIAL CORPORATION by Assignment of
<br />Mortgage dated October 29, 1981 and recorded January 21, 1982 as Document No. 82-000229,
<br />modified by Modification Agreement dated January 5, 1982 and recorded January 21, 1982 as
<br />Document No. 82-000230, as assigned to GOVERNMENT NATIONAL MORTGAGE
<br />ASSOCIATION by Assignment of Mortgage and Modification Agreement dated January 20, 1982
<br />and recorded January 27, 1982 as Document No. 82-000323, as assigned to MORGAN
<br />GUARANTY TRUST COMPANY OF NEW YORK, as Trustee by Assignment of Mortgage dated
<br />June 16, 1982 and recorded July 26, 1982 as Document No. 82-003108, as assigned to U.S. BANK
<br />TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, formerly known as First Trust of New York, National
<br />Association as Successor Trustee by Assignment of Mortgage Assignment dated May 5,2000 and
<br />recorded July 15, 2003 as Document No. 200308964, as assigned to GREYSTONE SERVICING
<br />CORPORATION, INC. by Assignment dated June 30, 2003 and recorded August 21, 2003 as
<br />Document No. 200311069, covering certain real property as described in Exhibit A attached hereto
<br />and further described as Federal Housing Administration Project No. 103-35087, known as
<br />HOLIDAY GARDEN II.
