<br />of Rents and Leases, ("Deed of Trust") dated March 3, 2005, and filed March 9, 2005, as Instrument Number
<br />0200502043, in Book N/A, Page N/A, of the Mortgage records of HALL County, Nebraska naming LARSON
<br />CONSTRUCTION, INC. as Trustor, U.S. Bank National Association as Beneficiary, and U.S. Bank National Association
<br />as original Trustee in consideration of performance in full by said Trustor of all obligations imposed by said Deed of Trust
<br />and the note secured thereby, does hereby reconvey to said Trustor the following described real estate, to wit:
