<br />Whereas, a portion of the indebtedness secured by the trust deed, dated April 26. 2006, executed by
<br />Lois Smidt. an Unmarried Person, as trustor, to Equitable Bank, formerly known as Equitable Federal
<br />Savings Bank of Grand Island, Trustee, and recorded on Mav 1.2006, in the office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, State of Nebraska, as Document No. 0200603828, has been paid on
<br />July 111, 2006
<br />
<br />In consideration of the above, and pursuant to written request made by Equitable Bank,
<br />formerly known as Equitable Federal Savings Bank, as beneficiary named in such trust deed, the
<br />undersigned hereby grants and reconveys to the parties entitled thereto, without warranty, all the estate
<br />and interest derived to the undersigned under such trust deed in that portion of the property described
<br />therein, located in Hall County, State of Nebraska, described as follows:
<br />Parcel #2: Lot two (2), in Block One (1), in Gilbert's Addition to the City of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska.

<br />The trust deed remains in full force and effect as to all other property described in the trust
<br />
<br />deed.
<br />
