<br />SINGLE PERSON to Arend Ii Baack, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL
<br />SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary
<br />named therein, dated MAY 25. 2005 and recorded JUNE 13.2005 in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument 200505296 has been paid, and
<br />said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and
<br />delivered:
