<br />Trustee under the DEED OF TRUST, dated January 11. 2006, and recorded on January 19. 2006,

<br />As INSTRUMENT NO. 0200600558. in the office of the HALL COUNTY REGISTER OF DEEDS.

<br />STATE OF NEBRASKA. and executed by CraiQ M. Mclntvre and Amv M. Mclntvre. husband and

<br />wife, as trustor, in which Pinnacle Bank is named as beneficiary, and said bank, as trustee,

<br />has received from Pinnacle Bank, the beneficiary thereunder, a written request to reconvey,

<br />reciting that all sums secured by such TRUST DEED have been fully paid and that such TRUST DEED

<br />and the note secured thereby has been surrendered to the undersigned as trustee, for cancellation;
