<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust made among, VANCE K
<br />WILKINSON AND LORRETTA E WILKINSON, A/K/A LORI E WILKINSON, husband
<br />and wife, Trustor, and Central National Bank as Trustee and Five Points Bank as Beneficiary,
<br />dated October 9,2003, and recorded on October 17,2003, in the office of the Register of Deeds
<br />in Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument Number 2003~ 13769 has been paid; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust has requested that all the property held by
<br />Central National Bank, as Trustee, under said Deed of Trust be reconveyed, without warranty, to
<br />the person or persons entitled thereto.

<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the written
<br />request of the Beneficiary, Central National Bank, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without
<br />warranty, to the person or persons entitled thereto all the estate and interest held by it, as Trustee,
