<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under \'~,\.
<br />the Deed of Trust dated August 9, 2002, and January 13, 2004, executed by Sally T. Wright, an '(1)
<br />Unmarried Person, as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the C",J
<br />undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, on August 15,2002, recorded as Instrument No. 0200208561, and on January 21,2004,
<br />recorded as Instrument No. 0200400592, and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points
<br />Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust
<br />above mentioned as follows:

<br />Lot One (1), Block Twenty-four (24), Russell Wheeler's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska
<br />
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons
<br />legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
