Sorensen and Shirley A. Sorensen, husband and wife, a <br />Deed of Trust wherein said Trustor conveyed the following described <br />real property: <br /> <br />A tract of land located in the Southeast Quarter of the <br />Southwest Quarter (SE1/4 SW1/4) of Section Four (4), <br />Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the <br />6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, and more particularly <br />described as follows: Beginning at a point on the South <br />line of said Section Four (4), which point is located <br />1,387 feet East of the Southwest corner of said Section <br />4, thence deflecting 90044' left and running Northerly a <br />distance of 473.7 feet to the South right of way line of <br />the Chicago-Burlington and Quincy Railroads; thence <br />deflecting right and running Southeasterly along said <br />South right of way line a distance of 359.8 feet; thence <br />deflecting right and running Southerly a distance of <br />378.37 feet to the South line of said Section 4; thence <br />deflecting right and running West along the said South <br />line a distance of 337.5 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> <br />as security for repayment of a loan which Trustor obtained from <br />Harland D. Sorensen and Shirley A.
