<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />THAT, WHEREAS all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust, hereinafter called the
<br />Trust Deed, executed by Douglas M. Galvan and Carrie J. Galvan, husband and wife, as
<br />Trustor, to Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company, as Trustee, for the benefit of Platte
<br />Valley State Bank & Trust Company, the Beneficiary named therein, dated the 20th day of
<br />September, 2005 and recorded on the 29th day of September, 2005, at the Register of Deeds
<br />Office, Hall County, Nebraska as Instrument No. 0200509694, and Deed of Trust dated the 2nd,
<br />day of May, 2006, and recorded on the 9th of May, 2006 at the Register of Deeds Office, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska as Instrument No. 0200604101, has been paid, and said Beneficiary has
<br />requested that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.

<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary named in the Trust Deed, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents grant,
<br />remise, release, and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and estate
<br />derived to said Trustee by or through the Trust Deed, in and to the following-described real
<br />property (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. Section 76-1001):

<br />Lot One (1), Walters Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
