<br />LIMITED DURABLE POWER OF ATTORNEY

<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that I, Carol A. Heide, now
<br />residing in Scottsdale, Arizona, do hereby nominate, constitute and
<br />appoint Gary R. Mettenbrink, now residing in Grand Island,
<br />Nebraska, as my true and lawful attorney-in-fact for me and in my
<br />name, place and stead and for my use and benefit as follows:

<br />A. To deal with property. For me and in my name to make,
<br />execute and deliver, to bargain, contract, sell, convey, lease,
<br />encumber, or release some or all of my interest in any real
<br />property located in the North Half (N1/2) of Section Twenty-five
<br />(25), Township Ten (10) North, Range Twelve (12) West of the 6th
<br />P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, including the real property described
<br />in Exhibit "AH attached hereto and incorporated herein by
<br />reference, upon such terms and conditions and under such covenants
<br />as my attorney-in-fact shall deem appropriate.

<br />B. To execute instruments. Also for me and in my name and
<br />as my act and deed to sign, seal, execute, acknowledge and deliver
<br />such deeds, contracts, agreements, plats, applications, annex-
<br />ations, receipts, closing statements, leases, deeds of trust,
<br />consents, escrow agreements, releases, transfer statements,
<br />assignments, or other instruments and documents of any nature as he
<br />may deem necessary or proper.

<br />c. To be effective immediately and endure disability. Any
<br />financial institution, real estate broker, title insurance company,
<br />escrow agent, or any other party to these transactions is
<br />authorized to accept a photocopy of this Limited Durable Power of
<br />Attorney as evidence of the authority I have given to Gary R.
<br />Mettenbrink. This power of attorney shall not be effected by my
<br />disability or incapacity.
