Wieck and Roswitha P. Wieck, Husband & Wife, and Michael F. Wieck, A Single Person, as Trustors, to Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company flk/a Grand Island Trust & Financial Services, Inc., as Trustee, for the benefit of Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company flk/a Grand Island Trust Company, the Beneficiary named therein, dated the 27th day of February 1997, and recorded on the 4th day of March 1997, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 97-101529, has been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered. NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary named in the Trust Deed, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents grant, remise, release, and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through the Trust Deed, in and to the following-described real property (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat.
